The association has the permission according to § 11 para. 1 No. 3 and 5 TierSchG for keeping of cats in animal shelter facilities and for the import of cats into the country and their placement („animal welfare work abroad“). An authorization for transports of cats under Article 11 (1) of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005 is also on hand in the association.

Accessibility: The association’s website is not subject to the „Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG)“. The association does not offer any products or services for a fee and does not employ any staff; it is therefore considered a micro-enterprise within the meaning of Section 2 No. 17 BFSG in accordance with Section 3 (3) sentence 1 BFSG. Nevertheless, the association endeavors to make its website user-friendly for people with disabilities.
